In a small apartment in Toronto, an intimate gathering of family and friends is ready to celebrate a life well lived. And a woman's triumph in determining when, and on whose terms, her life would come to an end.

That's Nancy, the "free spirit," says her long-time friend and one-time lover, Dalil Kabbage. "Classic but wild," he says, "a pure product of the 70s."

There are times I do miss my standard Hot off the Press post! When I’ve had a busy week and there’s plenty to share. Or maybe when ‘something’ happens that I think no one would believe it if I didn’t take a photo.

So, that said. Occasionally I want to create some social contract with friends that I don’t get to see very often I will schedule a spot to catch up even if I lose a free lazy day during the week. Of course, all of my appointments have the potential to be social adventures because I see the same people every week, so it’s natural they have become friends. But just social catch-ups are important too. I schedule things weeks in advance to work around mine and others busy schedules and this is why I book my standard maintenance appointments months in advance. Those being my Chiropractor, acupuncture, Osteo/miotherapy, etc. those are the things that keep me independent. So, social is a bonus.

Monday, Osteo saw Natalie at the Welly who was exhausted but excited as she bought her first home. Can no longer do the happy dance. I encourage the 5th year Osteo student to do it for me. It’s the dance where you jump on the spot with your arms up and maybe chant something appropriate to the occasion like “Natalie got her first home!” Nothing to arduous, but more than I can manage……….

Dr. Rawlings has watched as thousands of people depart into eternity. Most people think they'll somehow "sneak" into heaven, but Dr. Rawlings claims most people descend into the flames of hell!

Local news outlet KTLA published a hit piece on the Disney actor on Monday, which backed up neighbors' claims that Paul is an absolute terror to all forced to witness the making of his sweet, sweet #content.

Paul, who lives in West Hollywood, frequently uses his rental home to create YouTube videos. His home is basically a content studio for his influencer agency Team 10, and the house and neighborhood are frequently featured in prank clips on his YouTube channel . Recently, Paul lit a bunch of crap on fire in his empty pool. Who wouldn't want to live next to a neighbor that has fun bonfires?

"We used to be this really quiet street and now we're just like this war zone," neighbor Maytal Dahan told KTLA. "We're more than happy to have them live here if they're respectful of their neighbors but they're not.
