The great Jay Disbrow (who died in 2017) is featured memorably in this often overlooked and certainly unsung gem, appearing alongside the likes of L.B. Cole and EC stalwart Jack Kamen . Disbrow does his wildest sci-fi, Cole provides killer covers that have become classics. A mix of new covers by Cole and new stories by Disbrow and reprints, including three Jo-Jo's and a Rulah story, The Mask from Capt. Flight, and Torpedo Man. Also "Devil and the Devil Pills" story!

This was a title change from the long-running Blue Bolt Comics , which became Blue Bolt Weird in its latter days, to tie in to the horror trend.
